These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the face mesh rigging service provided by FaceRigging (“we”, “us”, or “our”) at face-rigging.com. By placing an order or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

We provide a professional face mesh rigging service. You upload a 3D face mesh, and we deliver a rigged character file — a Blender file containing a custom facial control rig and 52 ARKit blendshapes — subject to the technical requirements below.

2. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • The service is offered at a flat rate. The current price and turnaround are shown on the website when you order (for example, $299.99 for a 72-hour turnaround and $399.99 for a 48-hour turnaround).
  • Payment is collected up front through Stripe. An order is confirmed once payment is received.

3. Technical Requirements and Deliverables

  • You must provide a suitable mesh in an accepted format (.gltf, .glb, .fbx, .obj, or .blend), up to 100MB.
  • We first review your mesh’s topology and style. If it is not suitable for rigging, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
  • Rigging generally does not change your mesh’s topology, though we may separate the eyeballs from the face mesh.
  • You receive a Blender file containing the rigged character, which you can export to other formats.

4. Turnaround

Turnaround times (for example, 72 hours or 48 hours) begin once your mesh has been reviewed and accepted. They are estimates of delivery time, not guarantees, except where required by law.

5. Your Content and Responsibilities

  • You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the mesh files you upload.
  • You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
  • You are responsible for keeping backups of your files; we are not liable for any loss of your source files.

6. Money-Back Guarantee and Refunds

  • We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your rig for any reason, you can request a full refund within 48 hours of delivery — no questions asked.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property in the Deliverable

You own the rigged file we deliver to you. We retain ownership of our rigging tools, methods, scripts, and processes used to create it. We may use the deliverable internally only as needed to provide the service to you.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that you do not have the rights to. We may refuse or cancel any order that violates these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the rig will be error-free or suitable for every possible use case. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

11. Confidentiality

We treat your uploaded files as confidential and access them only to perform the rigging work. See our Privacy Policy for details.

12. Termination

We may suspend or refuse service if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — remain in effect after termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FaceRigging operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We will try to resolve any dispute informally; if we cannot, it will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
