This Privacy Policy explains how FaceRigging (“we”, “us”, or “our”), operating at face-rigging.com, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our face mesh rigging service. By using our service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

Information you provide:

  • Your email address, used to deliver your rig and to communicate with you.
  • The 3D mesh files you upload for rigging (e.g., .gltf, .glb, .fbx, .obj, .blend).

Information collected automatically:

  • Basic usage analytics, such as which pages are visited and approximate region.
  • Technical details your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and browser type.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details — Stripe handles those. We only receive a transaction confirmation and reference.

How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver the rigging service and your completed rig.
  • To process payments and issue refunds, including our money-back guarantee.
  • To respond to your questions and support requests.
  • To improve our service, website, and rigging quality.

We do not sell your information or your 3D files. Ever.

Your 3D Files

Your uploaded meshes remain your intellectual property. We access them only to perform the rigging work you requested. Files are stored securely and are accessible only to our rigging team. We never share, reuse, redistribute, or train any model on your assets.

Data Retention

We keep your uploaded files and email for as long as needed to deliver your rig and handle any refund request, and for a limited period afterward to maintain service records. You may request deletion of your files and associated data at any time (see “Your Rights”).

Cookies and Analytics

We use minimal cookies and analytics to understand how the site is used:

  • Analytics: a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not personally identify you.
  • Advertising: Google’s conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our ads.
  • Hosting: the website is delivered through Cloudflare.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.

Data Sharing

We share data only with third parties required to operate the service:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery.
  • Our email/transactional provider — to deliver your rig and communicate with you.

These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services and under their own privacy obligations.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard practices.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent where we rely on it.
